Ben Ryan is a Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Koda Ridge Capital and Chief Financial Officer of PMB. He is responsible for financial strategy, capital markets, fund management, financial reporting, and portfolio-level financial oversight.

Ben has been involved in more than $3 billion of healthcare real estate development during his career. His experience includes debt and equity capitalization, project finance, cash flow management, tax planning, investor reporting, construction financing, and financial oversight of complex healthcare development projects.

Ben joined PMB in 2010 and became a partner in 2016. At PMB, he oversees corporate and project-level financial reporting, lender and investor relationships, tax matters, construction financing, and loan draws. At Koda Ridge Capital, he supports investment underwriting, fund and portfolio management, capital structuring, and the firm’s broader growth strategy.

Before joining PMB, Ben spent six years as a tax consultant specializing in real estate and entrepreneurial businesses. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from San Diego State University, with an emphasis in taxation.
