Fee Stubblefield is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Koda Ridge Capital and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Springs Living, 

a vertically integrated owner, developer and operator of private-pay senior living communities in the Western United States.

Fee has nearly three decades of seniors housing experience and has led more than $1.5 billion of senior living development and acquisition activity.  Since founding The Springs Living in 1996, Fee has built the organization into an established senior housing operating platform focused on high-quality communities, a distinctive employee culture and a resident-centered approach.

At Koda Ridge Capital, Fee helps guide the firm’s strategic direction and ensures close alignment between investment decisions, community operations, and the long-term interests of residents, employees, and investors. His operating perspective informs the firm’s approach to market selection, development, acquisitions, and portfolio value creation.
