Jake Rohe is a Managing Partner of Koda Ridge Capital and President of PMB, a nationally recognized healthcare real estate developer and development partner to The Springs Living.

Jake has been involved in more than $3 billion of healthcare real estate development during his career. His experience encompasses market strategy, site selection, transaction structuring, entitlements, financing, design, construction, and the delivery of complex development projects from inception through occupancy.

At Koda Ridge Capital, Jake focuses on investment strategy, capital formation, and the execution of new seniors housing development opportunities. He plays a central role in identifying growth markets, advancing the firm’s development pipeline, and coordinating the capabilities of Koda Ridge, The Springs Living, and PMB.

Jake is a LEED Accredited Professional and serves on the Urban Land Institute’s Health Care and Life Sciences Council. He is also an advisory board member for Cal Poly Pomona’s College of Environmental Design and is active with the Cornell Real Estate Council and U.S. Green Building Council.
