President, The Springs Living

Brenda Connelly is President of The Springs Living and a member of the Koda Ridge Capital Investment Committee. She brings more than 20 years of healthcare and senior living experience, with expertise spanning community operations, clinical services, quality management, sales, marketing, facilities management, and resident experience.

Brenda joined The Springs Living as an Executive Director in 2010 and has since held several senior leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Quality Officer. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversaw all aspects of community operations. As Chief Quality Officer, she led the development and implementation of a company-wide quality program that strengthened operating standards, resources, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Brenda serves on the Oregon Health Care Association’s governor-appointed Quality and Compliance Council. She received the association’s Special Services Award in 2021 and was named to the McKnight’s Senior Living Women of Distinction Hall of Honor in 2022.
